Request Account & Data Deletion
Google Play User Data Policy compliant portal. Users can permanently delete their account and erase all associated data at any time.
Instant In-App Deletion (Fastest)
If you still have the OmeTalk mobile app installed:
- Open the OmeTalk app on your Android device.
- Tap your Profile Icon in the top header.
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Delete My Account" in red.
- Confirm the prompt. Your profile, selfie, presence, and auth login will be erased instantly.
Web Deletion Request Form
Use this form if you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device.
What Happens to Your Data Upon Deletion:
- Email & Identity: Removed completely from Supabase Auth identity provider.
- Verification Photos: Gender selfie photos and verification timestamps are permanently deleted.
- Chat Presence & Queue: Matchmaking tokens and connection entries are removed immediately.
- Data Retention Period: Zero retention after processing. All personal identifiers are permanently scrubbed.
